The city of Pittsburgh was going crazy tonight during the game....atleast where I was at for it....lots of ppl came out tonight for the game.....met alot of good crazy fans tonight....drank alittle more then I prob should of too...thank God I didnt drive .

Hey bro its cool. I am actually not the type to bitch about refs. My own team (who i wont disclose cuz they suck this year), whenever I go on our message board I see fans crying about the refs and it ticks me off. I look at my teams defense and the coach they fucking suck, it pisses me off to no end when my own teams fans blame the refs and think our team is holy and wont admit when they fucking suck which they do this year. I would rather see people bitch about the coach, cuz I hold him responsible, I dont give a damn about the refs I hold my own team accountable.

But, when I watched that game against the seahawks in the superbowl that just disgusted me. Truley disgusting that the refs literally gave a team the superbowl, and had an impact on who one the game. The holding penalty, that retarded pentalty on hasselback, I cant even remember them all. And i wasnt the only one, there was a thread probably about 30 pages long on kffl where other NFL fans were just disgusted, petitions online, stuff like that.

That was so sick that the refs literally decided the outcome of a superbowl, just sick.

Yea I will have to agree with you there, no doubt there were some questionable calls. I just like to, hold on i'm watching the highlights again. Anyway I hope your team gets better bro, it sucked when the steelers had that stretch of 3 or 4 years where they were sub 500, so I know how you feel. Good luck

SEAHAWKS!!!

I have to chime in here! The seahawks are my team, I go to at least one game a year, and you will not find a louder stadium than Quest field PERIOD. I went to the Superbowl two years ago in Glendale AZ, Giants vs. the Pats (I like the G-men too even though they are in the NFC) and it was not as loud as Quest.

Anyway what happened in the Superbowl against the Steelers was LUDICROUS...fucking unholy. Ppl were ready to kill those refs. It was complete and utter bullshit. Perhaps the refs wanted to see Bettis win one b4 he retired...I don't know but SOMETHING was up w/those refs...

Last year the Steelers got even more favors from the refs, I was about to puke in my mouth..but luckily in the 2nd half the calls started to "even up" you could say -- maybe they had to make up for the shitty calls from the 1st half.

I cannot stand the Broncos, but I actually HATE the Steelers and that overgrown ape Rothlisberger. Yeah I know the 'Hawks are having a rough season, but in my mind they were totally and completely ROBBED in that superbowl. That victory was ours. If I was a Steeler fan I would feel embarassed about that "win".

Dont be jealous of our SIX Lomabardi's vs your...umm NONE?! I'm just messing with you but it really irks the hell out of me when people complain about that Steeler-Hawks SuperBowl. I was there and was screaming for the flags before they were even thrown. As a true football fan who wants the game called by the rules that was a fair game (ok, the Hasselback 'illegal' block was prob over the line) but let me be clear: That WAS a push off in the end zone, no way around it ...and That WAS certainly HOLDING!

As far as last year vs the Cards...go back and look at the tapes. They held James Harrison EVERY time he came around the end and how many of THOSE calls did we get?

What game were you watching? The Steelers pushed around the Bungals the entire game...look at the stats. Yes, they lost obviously...they shouldnt have, but they did in the last second. Hardly an ass kicking. As ass kicking is what the Bungles will get when they come to Heinz Field next week!!
