Steroids lowering your immune system??

Not to sure about the rest of you guys but I have been sick more this year than any other time of my life. I've being using AS for 9 yrs now and have never had this problem , I have a little boy now that is in daycare and it seems that every damn cold he getts I come down with. The past 3 days all I have had to eat as far as solid food was some Nilla Waffers and two pieces of toast all the rest is liquid , its sucks!!

So have any of you guys noticed that you get sick more easly while your on cycle than off?

Certain steroids increase immune strength, others weaken it.

Diet, rest, and stress seem to be the biggest factors for me. I tend to get sick like maybe once a year if that....I always include a buffered Vit C and extra glutamine in addition to the other muti-vits I take. I feel this helps as well as getting enough rest. I try to shoot for around 7-8 hours sleep a night and it seems to really help. When I get run down is when I seem to feel a bit under the weather.

Well my cycle started out with Test Cyp at 750mg/wk and EQ at 400mg/wk ran that for 8 weeks then dropped the eq and ran cyp at 500mg/wk for last 2 weeks. I've been off for 2 weeks ad I was planning to start my clomid friday to help with the gains keeping but damn I've lost 12lbs in three days!!.
When I say sick I meen SICK , like going to the hospital for IV fluids cause you absolutly can't keep anything down sickthen oncce the IV gets in well you got the screaming shits for 12hrs (and still haven't eatin).
The last illness I got was about 6 weeks ago started off as a head cold and ended up as Viral Phnemonia. In both cases the doctors said that it was somehting they have been seeing alot of I just figured that I'd be able to fight it off better super supps or not.

What Steroids are know for helping the immune system

Honestly more people have been sick this year than normal period.... dunno why just read it in the paper a while back. I may get an extra job just to afford gh... cause i miss those 3 years of never getting sick.

pretty sure the only steroids that cause immune deficiency are corticosteroids
