Haha, laugh it up you muscular bastards. I used to be him. I was 6'2'' and 138, he was 6'1'' 138. 7 years later, I'm 6'3'' 210 (15% body fat). Not exactly the muscle sheik, but I think it's respectable enough. It took an awful god damned long time to get some resemblance of muscle for me... and I'm the slowest gainer I know. I have a testosterone deficiency to blame, though... I'm getting onto TRT. I'm going to be a professional wrestler. All of this is true except the wrestling part.

didnt really get good gains either. did the math he gained approx 14 lbs of fat because his bf doubled. that leaves about 16lbs of muscle, water etc. maybe got 8lbs of lean muscle if he was lucky. and may have got some gyno also. but he does look better.

All jokes aside guys, this kid needed some BF and these gains from 138 were pretty damn remarkable, even if it was only 8lbs. It shows him weeks later though at -4lbs though putting him at 165. All in all, props to the kid. After another cycle under his belt, he'll start looking normal.
