still not hungry

ok guys, i still have no appetite, i addded some synthelamin(b-12), it makes me feel good , but no appetite increase. i just started my test eq and a-50 run so hopefully this will help, anyone have anything like this before? how long does it last? could it be my body telling me to take a break from my super supplements?

Well, with me it's like I don't feel like eating but force myself to because "that's what it takes"!! :) OR - I'll be butt-ass hungry when I shouldn't be! Go figure :confused:

How much you taking? With me it makes me eat like a horse on 1ml/day.

Also, are you feeling nauseaous? That's why you can't eat?
 
im very similiar to excell on this one. just wait till that eq kicks in you will be emptying the fridge

big a im taking 1 ml EOD, i dont really feel nauseus, just like my tongue is numb, no taste, i start chewing and chewing and chewing, and the food doesnt want to go down easy. do you think its my liver values??

By any chance did you up your calories drastically, like 15% or more per day?

If so it could be your brain sending out the I'm NOT hungry sign.

actually, i did increase my calories, i was dieting for a show from sept-nov, then after the show i started bulking and it was going good for a month then i just dont seem to be hungry. probably 1000-1500 calorie increase. so if that is the case what should i do ?

That's what I was thinking. If you get nauseous, it's usually a sign of a stressed liver.
 
I think he said he doesn't feel nausious.


Doc you may try reducing your calories down and eating every hour a VERY little bit. Like a cup of milk and 20 grams of protein. Or a single apple.

Try it for a couple days and gradually lower the number of meals and up the number of calories per meal.

This worked for me. I feel SO much better instead of just CONSTANTLY feeling full. I am up to 5400 calories a day and find I actually get hungry sometimes.

I was NEVER hungry but now find that since I dropped my calories back then built them up gradually I actually feel hungry again for the first time in a long time.
 
how about using some cyproheptadine , it shud work shudnt it ?
