stimulated the most

at what point in each of these excercises is the muscle most stimulated .....begin -middle -end..if you broke the excercises down into thirds

chin ups
seated rows
bicep curls barbell
skull crushers
cable pushdowns
barbell bench
dumbell bench
side laterals
upright rows
leg press
leg extension
leg curls
 
well if you mean at which point would the most fibers be recruited, it would be the peak contracted state im pretty dang sure. I dont know WHY you would wanna know this, if you hit all 3 POF's then it shouldnt matter, THATS whats gonna hit the most fibers.

The reason i ask is i had a friend who just did a 8 week cycle of partial movements in all his excercise and got strong as hell and grew bigger then he ever did...he did all his stretching before and after his training so he woudl not get cramps and pulls..partial movements in the end of the movement...just wondering what peopel thought of that concept..
 
Every skeletal muscle fiber in the body is only capable of maximal contraction. In other words, a muscle fiber is either contracted at it's maximum level, or it isn't contracted at all. The amount of muscular force is determined by the amount of fibers recruited. The amount of fibers recruited is determined by the amount of force needed to move a weight. So basically, the higher the amount of weight used, the more muscle fibers that are recruited. This applies to any exercise.

AGREED!!!!!!!!!

I think sometimes people arent growing or improving as fast and efficiently as theyd like, so they start looking for little "tricks" and "secrets" and different angles on training or whatever to get that little edge that they "must be missing cause theyr not growing like they feel they should". Do what Phil said, its the simple and correct answer.
