stuff called medicine?

well ive moved out here to dallas area... and theres alot of pros that live out here and people that know the pros out here etc.. anyways they tell me this stuff called "medicine" is used by alot of people/pros out here. ive never heard of it. thats the street slang term "medicine". anyways, what it does is u shoot it in a specific muscle and the body treats it as a virus and breaks down the muscle tissue and u feel like complete shit. one guy showed me how is body treated it as a sunburn now his shoulder are bigger and more ripped(unlike synthol where u are bigger but smooth). then your body rebuilds that muscle tissue and it becomes bigger and stronger. ive seen quite a few people at my gym use this stuff and seen them swell up in certain body parts. they say its not synthol, just wanting to know if anyone has heard of it? keep in mind "medicine" is the slang term is used down here it could be called something else.

well i work out in the golds in arlington. you?? im shocked to hear the stuff these guys are taking out here... i just moved here from houston. one guy i know is very close to coleman that told me about that stuff.
