Some of you know I just came off a fairly lg dose of AAS and a bulk..After all these years I think I have been doing things backwards..I always bulk up using gear and then come off the gear only to cut wishing I was still on..Today I start my cut and wished I had save the gear for it..Hell we all know that food is the most anabolic thing on planet earth..So why not bulk using food only and then cut using some anabolics..This would help stop the decrease in size and strength when cutting..Have I been doing this backwards all these years?
