I am trying to get cut.
Work out consist of a modified German volume training routine.
4X a week.
6 sets for chest/back
3 sets arms/abs/shoulders
I change the exercises and don't perform teh same exercise 2 days in a row.
For legs: (I do have tendinitis in both knees therefore i have to modify stuff)
Tabata protocol: 20 sec squat/10 sec rest X 8
I am starting with body weight and intend to add 5 lbs every week.
2 spinning classes a week (Tue/Fri)
3 X 45 min steady recumbent bike rides.
Food:
7 am : 3 eggs; 1/2 flaxseed pita; 1 tablespoon cottage
10 am: 30g casein, 1 scoop Greens+ type food.
1pm: 154g salad greens + 1 bison burguer + 1/2 cup grilled veggies
4 pm: 1 bison burguer + 1 cup grilled veggies
7 pm: 1 cup steamed veggies +1 chicken breast + big greens/veggies salad (about 2 or 3 cups)
9 pm: 1 apple
Suplements:
30 g whey post work out + 1 apple
6g fish oil trought the day
2 g vit C
15 g creatine (5 in the morning 5 post WO 5 at bedtime)
ZMA
L-Tyrosine as appetite suppressant.
Question:
I'd like to incorporate 40/60mg of Anavar as a way to keep muscle and was thinking of using tren closer to y deadlines that are June 28 and August 02)
How much tren for someone taht has never used it before???
