don’t do this….but it works….
250-300mg test, 350-450mg tren ace.
375mg DNP. Lift EOD upper/lower. On lift days, use whatever stimulant+oral AAS for a boost. I like 25mg ephedrine and IM anadrol.
Off days, 15,000 steps……this is fucking miserable, you feel like you are just walking all day.
PSMF + lots of veggies.
14 days you’ll look like a different human. This is best if you’ve gotten fluffy. Like starting at 15% BF. Don’t do this if your closer to 10%. If your going from like 11%-8%, the more basic T3+dash of clen seems to work better for gym performance
