I've tried Benedryl to increase effectiveness after 2 weeks but didn't really feel it did much, so I just cycle clen 2 wks on 2 wks off like most, with ECA on off weeks.
I get shakes bad for first 2 days or so too, but they go away pretty fast.
some take ketofin when on to keep receptors clear, potassium and taurine are very important, i never use clen anymore as i can only cramp up so much during a workout
