just had this surgery. for a sub-located shoulder. badly sublocated only for a second but caused a 90 degree tear in the labrium and capular shift was required. anyone else anything similar? How long can i expect to be out? i might stay on for most of my recovery at least something. any tips or advise would be greatly apreciated.
