I was a long time fan of Kynoselen for getting harder in summer, but have now switched to Syntheselen for the first time.
I know the recommended dose is 1ml per 55 lbs, but I have ramped up to 1ml per 30 lbs without any noticable negative effects. What, if any, are the possible effects of going over the recommended dose? Also, I am taking the entire dose first thing in the AM before training, should I split the dose up or not?
A good friend is busy preparing for the Illinois State at the end of May, would this help him get leaner, and how close to the competition date should he stop?
