Would I matter if liquid gear has been outside in 40 degree weather for a couple of days?

Which gear? Most likely not too much unless it's higher concentration. Then check for crystallization (particles floating)

It's test ethanate and EQ...and HCG

the hCG I don't know about. That can get weird at other temps. The enanthate and EQ should be no prob. You can always heat em and swirl them for a couple minutes to make sure there are no crystals. But It shouldn't hurt it. I recently moved stuff out some Cyp enanthat from storage and it was like 40-60 the whole time (like 2 months) and no need for even reheating.
