Crazeeman listen to the bros. I used to do small amounts of test when I first started so that people at my small town gym wouldn't notice my size and strength increase. Well the first couple times I did about 200 to 300 mgs a week and I waited 4 weeks and barely noticed anything myself. So the 3rd time I bumped it up to 500 mgs. a week and WOW what a difference. Don't be impatient though , I would do 200mgs. twice a week and wait about 3 to 4 weeks and you WILL feel it. Let us know.
