I think that we have been effectively screwed now by the four or five conglomerates in the private sector that are controlling things. It seems to be a very sad catch 22.
I still prefer to mix organic soy milk with my protein shakes than cows milk. I personally don't believe all the bad publicity on soy milk. Soy milk, ice and whey protein isolate, put it in a blender and you have a very nice shake.
I thought every body knew about soy and how bad it sux, Like most things in the supplement and health industries the market price determines how proteins are used. This goes back for years , if you don't believe me go back and read some of Dan Duchaine's articles about the shady side of the supplement bizz.Just recently about 1 1/2 years ago, labrada starting adding soy in his formulas, until some people starting calling him out on this and now he resorted to go back to all milk proteins, we all know it had nothing to do with the power of soy, it was the bottom line, depending on the market soy can be half as much than good milk proteins.:banghead:
Interesting, but that is posted from SILK, a soy milk producer, so it really isn't unbiased. Of course they're going to say that the myths are false, just like tobacco companies say nicotine isn't addictive and smoking will not lead to lung cancer

You can find the same info at independent websites too. I was reading in the newspaper the other day about an article on cows milk and how they use pregnant cows and there is too much estrogen in the milk causing cancer and blah blah. The same article was advising to use soy milk. Everybody has an opinion and I think everybody is full of shit so I do what I want to do and if I like the taste I don't give a rats ass about anything else.
