Shame. Not major though as Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is no.1 on my list by a mile. I rarely go the cinema and watch them at home but with that I will definitely be going.

100g of steak = 30g protein and so forth. Much easier.

It isn't easier when you grow up on Imperial. We weigh by imperial but count our macros as metric.

Say what? It's a combination of all three.... Diet, genetics, supplements (in no particular order). If the guy ate junk or ate like a bird all the time then there's no way in hell that he looks the way he does. It's sad when people think that diet has zero to do with the ultimate outcome. Take away one of the three and you've got a different looking physique.
