things you DONT use/do/believe in BB'ing

I dont work my shoulders every week. I only work my shoulders once every 2-3 weeks and they still over power everything.

I dont do any over head pressing.

I dont use any nutritional supplements that are used for dieting or putting on mass besides amino's and wpi

I do believe in trying everything else (AAS, slin, gh, clen, t3 etc) at least once;)

I do believe in using high doses of AAS, the more test you use the bigger you get, if everything else is in place
 
Im still young but so far id say no to insulin and synthol and thats it
 
I don't use insulin or peptides.
I don't gain large amounts of bodyfat in the offseason.
I don't flat bench.
I don't directly train forearms or calves.

I dont believe in eating by the clock anymore... Getting fat to build muscle is also crap...

-i don't "bulk" (aka gain substantial bodyfat in offseason)
-i don't flat bench
-i rarely use barbell for anything
-i DONT do keto diets
-i dont do any kind of pressing movement for delts
-i dont train calves (don't have to:))

What I don't do . . .

- flat benches, inclines, declines
- run for cardio
- weights 2 days in a row
- train abs or traps directly
- anything other than Test (HRT)
- any exercise for less than 6 reps
- rest for more than 1 minute between sets (usually 30 sec.)
- ingest more than 1g of protein for each lb of bodyweight
- count calories
- "diet"
- talk to anybody or make noise when I'm working out
- keep a log book (did, and should now)
- lift weights for more and 1 hour
- shave my body hair (been there, done that)
- exercises that hurt in a bad way (you learn . . .)
- read muscle magazines
- pretend to know all the answers

Am sure there are more, but these are just the ones that immediately come to mind.


Haha, I love that one. I tried reading one once but couldn't find the reading material, just page after page of advertisements.
 
I don't listen to the skinny trainers at my gym.

I don't flat bench.

I don't do fancy machines.

I don't measure my bodyfat.
 
I don't use protein powders. And when I'm not dieting I eat more protein from food than what is supposedly recommended for a "female," and still stay pretty lean.
I also don't count calories, nor do I keep track of my fat intake. I keep it all pretty consistent.
 
I will not touch t3 or any stimulants like that..I think and truly believe with everything else we take that those are not the icing on the cake of great physiques, but the icing on the cake of great caskets...

I just would rather take my green tea and l-carnite with 1 serving of xtend pre-fasted cardio and prior to lifting if I need it I do one serving of superpump 250 or I am really hooked on EvoGen by Hany, I know the price is steep, but someone who has a high blood pressure issue due to his bone disease and is super stimulant sensitive I always look for what does not trip me out per se...

I do think we should all pay more attention to how we feel daily as to what we take because somedays I was pissed I forgot my pre-workout and just went and lifted often times turned out to be my best and most fun workouts :)
 
i don't save up my fart fuel to use on unsuspecting victims later :rolleyes:

-i don't rule out ideas that i haven't encountered before, i judge each on its own merit
-i don't focus on gaining that next lb of muscle to the exclusion of all else
-i don't sacrifice personal relationships for bodybuilding
-i don't make bb'ing the core i am but rather i use it as something to enhance the quality of my life

I DONT believe pro bodybuilders are homosapiens. (They are actually aliens from the planet Nibiru sent to earth to inspire us to add muscle so they can eventually harvest us as their main protein source)

I Dont believe anyone who has a pathetic avatar and says things like:
"well then this sport is prolly just not for you"
"thats waay too much"
"he's a genetic freak""
"ive never done a contest BUT"

And last and maybe the most important I DO believe its very possible Obama will tax every post on this thread...

I don't parrot( i learn and talk from experience or proper education)

I don't just do something because " insert guru here" said so.I like to learn why and how things work and I have confidence in my intelligence.If the info is out there,I will find it and learn it.

I also don't use stimulants like stated by others as they tax the CNS and increase cortisol.

what about deadlifts, squats and back day in general?
 
I dont do a lot of things.

I do believe that most things in bodybuilding are perfectly safe if done in moderation.
