thought it would be interesting to share what we dont do in our bodybuilding lifestyle that might surprise people.
for example:
-i DONT use diet pills or thermogenics of any kind for contest prep
-i DONT use diuretics either
-i DONT use orals

maybe this thread will go nowhere but thought it could be enlightening to people that think "everyone does..."

I barely run. Knees just scream for a few days after and it kills my ability to train legs. Once in a great while I might do some interval sprints at the park up hill on grass. This makes it tolerable once in a while.
 
Dont do cardio.. i figure i walk a good 12 miles a day at work.. thats plenty, well the walking, carrying kegs, trays, tables, kitchen equipment.

I do believe you can achieve a REALTIVELY(to your body ) massive amount of muscle with enough weight and tons of food.

I don't rely on supps on rely on diet! and the less the better...
 
I don’t abstain from sex before or after training
 
-dont use t3
-dont use stimulants stronger than a glass of iced tea or a cup of coffee to lean up
-wouldn't use diuretics
-wouldn't use cytadren


Honestly at this point in the game, i don't believe in taking anything that makes me uncomfortable. What good is walking around big and lean if you feel like shit the whole time. i believe that with time, dedication, good diet, and reasonable hormone supplementation you can walk around big, lean and feeling good.

this is all my personal take
 
I sometimes go fairly high with dosage. But I would never use insulin, diuretics, T3, strong stimulants. I basically have the opinion of whats the point if you feel like shite. Adrol and tren are fine for me. Apart from AAS the only supps I have taken to help cut up are green/white tea and a moderate dose of caffeine. Almost forgot I tried clen once and it was ok but not again.
 
I don't use heavy weights.
 
I dont use progestins. No deca, Tren or others.

I do use Proviron in ANY cycle with Test. So every cycle. With it, I have to use a little Test, without Proviron, I have to use a lot more for the same gains.

I only start cardio when dietary changes stop working.

I dont squat *(anymore). And my legs grow easier with less work, than anything other bodypart.
 
I don't believe in cardio or blood work.
 
Growth hormone....too expencive..... But im gonna try it soon cause everybody says im too fat. :cool:

Also Orals, they just make me feel lousy. Var or T-bol only. Short bursts.
 
I don't eat every two hours
I don't eat 2 grams of protien for every lb.
I don't use orals
and I look and feel better than when I did all of the above.
