My wife tells me I am already big enough. I want to cut and keep my existing muscles. Probably drop about 8-10 lbs. I figure I need to start doing more cardio and fine tune the diet. I would appreciate all advise on training+ diet plans(I only eat seafood ,no red-meat of any kind) AAS advise also appreciated..
