Ok, so I've decided I just want to get very very lean and stay that way for a while. Now, I've never really done this before(I've never fully seen my abs) so I was wondering if some of you guys could help me out a little. I was going to get Phil to help me but currently won't have the funds for a few! Anyways, I'm 6' 1 and weight about 210lbs. I'm not big or anything, but just want to get very lean and feel healthy and stay that way! I'm slowly dropping my carbs. One question I have is how many grams of fat should I be taking in as I keep dropping my carbs lower? Also, should I be training to failure still even though my carbs are so low? I also do an hour of medium-paced cardio every morning...is that good? What would be a good workout routine while dieting down? Thanks in advanced guys!
