Most guys I know with good genetics just think they're way smarter and better at lifting LOL. Mine have always been awful. I started 110 lbs, gained 20 my first year, 10 every year after that till I hit 210, soft looking the whole way through. Started juicing, and 3 cycles later I'm 235 with 5-8 lbs less bodyfat. Big heavy bones, curved legs, huge back/chest/delts/legs, TINY ARMS, and needle phobia. Don't think I will ever stick anywhere but delts, glutes, and stomach in my life so..no synthol. I can't win either way haha.
