In my apartment building, they opened up one of those trendy cycling studios that play house/trap music during the workout.

its pretty convient and its the 50 min HIIT workout goes fast. so ive been doing it like 5 times a week.

Since im on a decent dose of tren and still eating 2300 cals a day, I figured that this would prevent muscle loss. But wanted to make sure that i wasnt over doing it

I'm 210 lbs and cutting. I'd estimate 3k caps is my maintenence level

Oh gotcha. That's about what I was at 2 weeks out from my comp. Throw in a refeed once a week to boost your metabolism up. Mine was 2 cups pasta 4 oz Italian bread and 8oz chicken. Actually helped me cut more weight as long as it's not whole wheat it will digest real quick I got hungry again 2 hours after eating all that
