i believe i injured my trapezius (right one only) doing incline presses and i was going for 4-6 reps which i usually do once a week but the next day i had a HORRIBLE pain in my right trapeziusmuscle and i waited four days thought it went away and so i worked out again and the pain the next day was even worse! How do i heal it faster or wtf happened to it i feel knotts on it but i got icy hot and that seems to help alot but my question is have any of you experienced this and how long did it take to heal....thank you very much
