RIP Big Bapper. i did not know him well but you can tell from what people are saying who did know him what he was like
and everyone take care of themselves. i know as i group people here are very driven, ambitious and like to do what it takes to succeed but we take cares of ourselves too .
i am in know way saying Big Bapper wasn't taking care of things i am just saying this because it just seems a lot of people are dying lately. we have to have at at least a little safety to balance with the ambition
I take a break from Pro Muscle and I come back to this.
Seamus was a mentor, a spring of information and a man with integrity...I say all this with the talks we have had back and forth on this site. It came with great shock to see the first message after my hiatus being about him.
May he rest in peace.
If you go to his Gym (BodyWorks Gym) the is a Picture of him holding his little Girl she is about 9-12months looks like and there is about 400 lbs of Protein Tubs next to them. It's Cute!
this is really sad, he was wayy to young to go. i went to his gyms homepage and saw the pic of his wife and daughter ohhh boy did that strike a chord... sooo sad very sad. life is unfair sometimes ... i hope she is staying strong and keeping her head high. even tho bapper is gone fortunately she still has a piece of him left in their daughter. if only i could wave a magic wand.....
This is terrible news to hear. This is really sad, he seemed like a good guy who took good care of his family. He will be missed not only here but at home even more. RIP big guy....
