What are some opinions on using an ultrasound device for speeding up healing of injuries? I recieved ultrasound therapy a few times at a chiropracter's office and it seemed to help me heal faster.
There is a device called a Tens Unit that can be bought for around $50 online and i am considering purchasing this.
