Still no product , tracking # or refund after three promises. Mastercard did the chargeback for me 15 days ago. Here is how it works . The $ on my bill is temporarilly deducted from my bill so I don't have to pay that amount and I will not incure latefees or interest. The $ amount is deducted offf the Sellers's account Universal Kits balance also. Unitil the matter is resolved. Sort of like ESCRO in a Real Estate Deal. It is so weird. I aksed for a credit 3 times and easch time he has excuses and promises to send the package or last time he said he just sent my package 3 days ago overinght. No tracing # or package 3 days latter. My guess is he is simply trying to stall and packing up his things hoping others will not notify Mastercard etc. why not simply appologize and issue a credit and thatnk me for the years of patronage?
