dbol 30mg- weeks 1-4
test c- 500mg 15 weeks
tren e- 300mg 12 weeks (1st go with tren)
var 40mg weeks 6-15

diet
6am- 48g protein shake
7am-1 pack of oatmeal, 3 tbl spoons of oats
8am-gym
10:00am- 48g protein shake
10:30am- 3eggs boiled or scrambled with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and 20 almonds(bump up to 5 eggs after week5)
1:30pm- tuna and whole wheat pasta (pita if at school with tuna)
4:30pm-cottage cheese and 8 egg whites natural peanut butter
7:30pm- red bean and or lentils rice and chicken breasts (alternate with salmon fillets on occation)
11:00pm-48g protein shake 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter
11-7am- sleep: 7hrs

stats:
3 cycles under my belt

252lbs 14%bf

goals:
bigger and leaner

what you think guys?

I would take the shake and oats together for preworkout. But it would be more beneficial to have a whole food meal. Such as oats, egg whites.

You defenitely need more protien in there. You are 252 lb, from the looks of this layout you have about 220-250 gm of protien, I would bump it to atleast 300 gms. I would also suggest focusin on more red meat. You fats are good for now I think. Carbs may be a little low also for your size.

But overall, you need more food/calories. PM me and I will make a suggestion.
 
I ate 400g protein last cycle and I am only 160 pounds :eek:

more protein man...thats what muscle is made out of! :p

easy way to get more calories is grind up some oats into a veryfine powder (flour) and dump a couple scoops of that and a couple scoops of whey into a blender with milk (cow or rice or soy whatever preference is). Blend. gulp it down.

you can drink one of those after every meal to get more carbs and protein.
 
bigger or leaner pick one, then mold your diet and gear.
leaner you are the bigger you will look
 
^ you can lose fat and gain muscle on testosterone as long as your diet is in check.....

well you can lose fat and gain muscle naturally anyways...extra test just makes it easier....
 
How do gorilla's gain so much muscle without much protein in their diet? How do Brahma bulls carry so much muscle without much protein in their diet?

I'm just sayin' that there's way more to it than how much protein you eat.

but if you hit 400g protein and then lots of carbs and healthy fats...I think you would gain with AAS at a good rate. Its oversimplified but no need to make it overly complex.

hard to say since i lost a bit of bodyfat but i figure i kept 6 pounds in 45 days :p

iim gonna try to throw in some red meat and more whole foods im open to whatever...steak i guess is the easiest way to get red meat in there? the milk and oats sounds good too

I agree the more real food the better and in the am maybe some simple carbs before the gym, like white rice and eggs(i get better pumps from simple) and complex after and thru-out the day:)
 
tmy two cents

drop the tren e (if you MUST do tren then use tren a first time) if you find the side effects unbearable it has a LONG half life and you will be stuck riding it out. not fun.
i would drop the dbol as well. be a LITTLE patient and you will grow from the test just fine and prolly have less bloat.
