Hello everyone...thought I would give you all a quick update on where I am at...
Still at my mobilization station...have been here about 3 weeks...with another three weeks to go before I head out overseas...things are going all right, nothing really to complain about.
Training is going, really just trying to limit any loss at this point...there are availability to supplements (protien and creatine) but I am going to wait til I am settled in country before I work up a solid program...I know some are wondering why wait? It is very difficult to get on any type of schedule here...a solid routine of any kind is next to impossible...once I get in country I will have access to supplementation...
I am hoping to pack some solid weight on while I am away, gym on the base I am heading to is outstanding...as good as any gym back in US. I will be able to eat, supplement and grow.
I am today heading home for a 4 day pass...my oldest (1st marriage) is graduating from high school and I get to see hold and kiss my youngest (6 weeks old)...It is going to be a good weekend...hope all is well with everyone on the board...we will catch up soon.
Remember...it is not the kind of car that matters but the size of the arm hanging out the window!
