The gironda "guillotine" press is the only chest exercise that i believe truly targets the upper pecs. Also the stretch you get from the exercise is unbelievable. It's important to not use much weight at all, this isn't a heavy exercise. Go heavy and expect to wreck yourself.Try doing 8 sets of 8 reps of these bad boys with 30-45 secs rest in between sets. That's how they were meant to be performed.
