upper chest development

The gironda "guillotine" press is the only chest exercise that i believe truly targets the upper pecs. Also the stretch you get from the exercise is unbelievable. It's important to not use much weight at all, this isn't a heavy exercise. Go heavy and expect to wreck yourself.Try doing 8 sets of 8 reps of these bad boys with 30-45 secs rest in between sets. That's how they were meant to be performed.

When I do these, I usually use a smith machine to assist. I'm not risking dropping the bar on my throat at all lol
 
pronated dumbbell floor presses will hit the upper pecs hard. Give them a try with your elbows coming down to your sides and not flared out. Much much safer than neck or guillotine presses

Does any one here use hammer strength machines for chest? I used to against them because I didn't see good results compared to dumbbells. I have been doing rest pause sets with them to finish off my work out. I'm thinking it might be better to do dips.
