Usage of TP's Maltdextrin and dextrose PWO...anyone used either or both before?? Any thoughts??? I'm 11 wks out from my first show and already lean as hell..just needing to maintain what i've got....Please help!!
I eat oatmeal 2 hours before lifting with a protein (chicken, turkey, beef, eggs).
Then after lifting I eat eggo waffles with maple syrup. They are simple sugars much like your dextrose and malto but they taste way way better than chugging a glass of sugar water.
Nothing wrong with them as far as fast digesting carbs goes. Some get bloated from them and prefer WMS, Karbolyn, or Vitargo. To each their own really. I have been using more whole food post workout and when it comes to carbs always more fun to eat them!!!
