well i went down to a local P/T today to get a BF test and measurements to gauge my cycle.
well they use a machine you stand on not the pinch test so im unsure how correct it would be.
it picked me up as 25% BF
i dont think this could be true i know ive put on a couple but my arms are leaner and have new veins showing, but i was devastated, i was also trying a new protein powder at 1060 cals per serve so i think that might have helped.
im really going to focus on a very clean cycle now as i dont want to start my cut cycle in September at that crazy amount. could this be some water weight at all as well being week 3?
my am cardio will now be 30 tready and 20 on the bike doing 8 sec 100% 12 sec recovery and try and lean out some.
thoughts guys ?
