Hey bro, I don't know if your talking about the product vitargo cgl, by nutrex, or just straight vitargo(the carb)....Anyway, I used vitargo CGL with 10iu hum R post workout and had very good results

I've heard nothing but good things, both anecdotal and in articles about vitargo...

so I would suggest it if you have the cash...


if not then good old simple carbs are fine

I think i remember hearing something about Vitargo being able to hold a glycogen load for 72hrs or something, somebody correct me if im wrong.

It is the best after training with insulin to get a lot of mass. You have to eat lean wile using insulin to avoid fat storage.
