My strength is great, and i'm loving the size I have built over the last few yrs, butlast week when i took my daughter to the park to sled on the snow, after climbing bak up that hill, it really felt like i was going to die hehe, after a few times climbing bak up, it was taking longer and longer to catch my breath.
i figure i want to live a long life so i better start doing cardio again (please don't bash me for stopping it before) hehe
my ? is, I am 3 weeks into a bulk cycle, how much of a change should I make if any, besides adding cardio?
Traing goes like this, Tues=legs, Thurs=back,traps, bi's forearms, Sat=chest shoulders tri's.
I was going to start running again, several yrs ago, I used to run about 5 miles a day, I'm sure things are alot different now tho hehe.
should i run every other day? and how many more calories should I take in to make up for the lost of cal's by running?(i know the cal's i burn, but how long does my body keep burning extra cal's even after cardio?)
