1. Stay away from spicy foods
2. Take something that helps soften your stool from all of the protein intake, like a natural herb.
3. Don't sqeeze to hard while on the throne
4. Keep hydrated
5. Make sure your diet has necessary fats.
6. Breath correctly while in the gym, exhaling while pressing/pushing.
7. Don't drop the soap in the men's room.
It contains shark liver oil! fish love it!
