Hi guys...just looking for a good video on the above?

im doing them but feels more like its hitting my shoulders.

Sorry if this sounds like I'm stating the obvious but try to lean forward more using more of your arms to stabilize the body. Additionally, let your chest expand/stretch before engaging your shoulders/triceps, i.e. squeeze your upper back. Sorry no video but hope this helps..try it w/o weight to get the correct form first.
 
dips

warm up a bit more. I noticed if I'm not warm I feel it in my shoulder joints more.

I don't go all the way down on heavy weight either, lean forward! Awesome pump in my chest, never felt on benching movements.
 
destroys my shoulders, front delts. if i don't go down very far tri's get the brunt. As a chest exercise I have completely abandoned it
 
one technique i learned from EMERIC is to do the exact opposite of dumbell shrugs.
so arms are almost straight and don't bend arms at all and instead of shrugging, dip your body. try it. its awesome for pecs. i normally do 2 sets normal dips then a finnishing set like that and it fries em.

No, those are not dips for pec major........those are pec minor dips ( upper chest).....do not do those yet.........man you have me runing around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to keep you in line, hahaaaahaah

i didn't do these for a very long time. master the compound exercise first would serve you best.

No range of motion there, and not stretching the chest. just bad form for chest. tris maybe, and upper pecs. Dips imo are a fundamental chest builder and Strengthener. They were very useful in my early days of gaining mass and power. Also looks as if he had too much weight to do it properly. ego reps there..imo
