What do you guys prefer to use when working out?
1. more dumbells in routine
2. more barbell work in routine
3. machines..(hammer St., Flex, etc)
4. mixture of each
I typically use them all, but more dumbell/barbell than machines. I think that the free weights are a must in order to get that "herculean" (sp?) look. Any input, brainstorming, or ideas??????
