What are the better fats to use if your going to use some to add fat to your diet?
Say your eating chicken breast and green beans mand need to add 10-15gr fat to that meal?
I've been using EVOO when i need to but have reciently wanted to try coconut pil and macadamia nut oil also but have heard that the body doesn't use these like it does other fats/
I take 2-3 omega-3 caps before each meal excapt breakfast which i use good eggs
