What is this tab??

A friend of mine bought some tabs off a guy and he's not sure what they might be. The guy said they were dbol, but when I looked at them I hadn't seen this kind before.
I tried to take a pic of both sides of the tab, but my camera wouldn't take a clear close up shot of them.
Here is a description of the tab, these are approx dimensions, but very close:
Round Pink tab 3/32 inches thick, about 5/16 inches diameter. The outside edge of both sides have a 1/32 inch bevel. The first side there is a score line down the center of the tab with a capital "E" on one side of the line and a capital "C" on the other side of the line. On the other side it has the number "10".
The guy he bought them off of claims they are 10mg Dbol tabs, so I could use anyones help to verify what they are if not Dbol.

Tell your friend to only stick with reliable sources, to avoid problems such as these........
