Does anyone know what this is
Lately I've been going to work , feelin a bit tired as I start really early ... But when I go into meetings and stop moving it feels as though I'm about to fall asleep , like nod the fuck out... Eye lids feel heavy and all that ,, but once I'm up and moving I don't feel it as bad , every now and again when walking I'll get it but usually when sitting

What is this ?

I'd check the easy things like blood sugar and blood pressure first. Either one can screw you up and make feel tired and lethargic.

I felt that way and blood tests revealed both my iron and ferritin levels in the tanks. Have you donated blood a lot lately? Keep in mind that both hematocrit and hemoglobin can be in range yet iron and ferritin can be nill.

The problem with apnea is you don't even realize you're waking up. It's only for a few seconds and knocks you out of REM sleep which is where you get your rest.

I just got tested and was waking up 20 times per hour. Tomorrow I'm picking up my CPAP. Everyone I've talked to said the diagnoses and resulting CPAP was a life changer.

I think your onto something here ... I had an app that recorded your sleep pattern and movements/sounds ... I groan and snore a lot , or wake up gasping for breath... One time it deadset sounded like a low groan or something strait from a horror movie
