What would happen if i trained tomorrow (sunday) LIGHT sensible weight probably wont exceed 225 and i can bench press 405 on chest days..i gave my right traperzious muscle six days to heal a deep tissue massage and iced it alot til it was numb and just been resting it ALOT but im going nuts without the gym and i never have worked out my legs so much in my life haha...what im saying is it feels 200 percent better but still have this little soft knott in it and if i took it extremely light at the gym do you think it would reinjure this but i has healed alot!!
sorry guys trying to see what to do i know the best idea is to stay outta the gym but we dont always do the best ideas or follow the rules shit im going nuts sitting at home in my off time or going out i want to lift upper body again haha
