What's for Breakfast?

6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs and 1/2 cup of oats with a tsp of cinnamon
 
Nothing until between 1-3pm, just water and black coffee

I'm trying to fast to between 16-20 hours daily.
 
This morning (leg day) it's leftover McDonald's cheat mea; lol: 1/2 double-quarter pounder w/cheese and 6 McNuggets.

about an hour later, my regular breakfast: 1 1/2 c egg whites + 2 whole eggs, scrambled, 1 c of either cream of rice, or oat meal, or 4 protein pancakes made with sweet potato. Sometimes I'll throw in 3 turkey sausage links if I have them around.
 
Who saves left over Mcdonalds? lol.

Pre back this morning. First meal.

8 egg whites
1 scoop iso whey
60g cream of rice
1 english muffin

intra
50g hcbd + all the goodies. No insulin today.

75g cream of rice
100g strawberries
200g watermelon
2 rice cakes
5oz chicken
1 scoop iso whey
 
Breakfast: 1.5 serving Cream of Rice mixed with 1 tbsp of double dutch cocoa powder, .5 tbsp of skippy natural peanut butter, and a hefty amount of sea salt. 6 oz of chicken breast or 2 servings of iso protien.
 
8 egg whites
1/2 cup instant oats
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/4 cup fresh wild blackberries
basically the same thing I eat every morning w varying types of fruit. after getting my gaul bladder removed iv pretty much ditched most of the fat from my diet.
 
6 whole eggs.1 slice whole grain bread.1 small apple,1 med banana. multi-vit,digestive enymes,ala,curcumin,1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon.
 
Breakfast food every day:
- 1/2 bag Green Giant riced veggies - cauliflower medley
- 1/2 bag Better Than Foods noodles or spaghetti
- 10-12oz. coming from 2 of the following - 98% beef, 99% turkey, cod, mahi mahi, shrimp

Breakfast supplements every day:
- CEL Cycle Support
- CEL TUDCA
- Species V-Mineralyze
- Species Omegalyze double dose
- Species Fiberlyze
 
Not trying to ruffle anybody's feathers but it amazes me how many deprive themselves of the incredible nutritional value of whole eggs ! Why so many egg whites and not the same amount of yolks ? So much nutrition missed! Is it just to keep calories in check? Hopefully it's not anything to do with cholesterol because that is a myth!
 
Personally, I'm trying to grow. I dont need fats as a fuel source. Yes, i know thats not all fats do.

I pretty much dont have fats in my diet unless theyre coming from beef or i add some avocado or mac nut oil to a meal just because i like it.

If im using insulin ill add 16g almond butter or mac nut oil to my pre workout meal to slow digestion down, but thats about it.
 
Everyday;

2 whole eggs
4 oz egg whites
2 oz white potato
2 oz veggies (onion, spinach, bell peppers)
1/4 avocado or 1 oz feta cheese
 
50g if whey and 2 bagels

Or

50g protein 1 packet of oats, and 3-4 servings of cereal all mixed together

!/3 cup oats cooked with 3/4 cup whipped in eggs whites at the end, (makes a tapioca type consistency. Top with berries, a touch of honey and almond milk. Half hour later before leaving for the gym, Whey 40 grams protein blended with ice. Hit the gym for two hours perfectly sustained balance of carbs and protein to finish workout.

Yes, I too would like to know this magic of which you speak. Is it the nectar of the gods? Perhaps it is the urine of a leopard spotted unicorn? :D

Just busting the OP's chops, but I'm pretty sure it's been disproven time and time again the timing in which nutrients are consumed has very little effect on one's overall body composition (within reason, of course).

Bulk or Cut?
 
1/2 grapefruit
10 egg whites
4 slices organic toast.
 
Everyday for years, one can of tuna with 1 cup of raw quick oats in water.

Big mouthful of tuna, big sip of oatmeal, a few chews, swallow, and repeat until gone.

I’ll be adding some pasteurized egg whites.

This thread has got me looking at Sam’s prices, they look cheap and quick, like my tuna and oatmeal.
