What's the lowest dose of anabolics you have used and diet if it varied from on cycle to off cycle?

Great feedback, come on guys.. If the title would have been who here has shot 30 iu of gh and taken insulin intravaneous the feedback would be crazy.
 
Yeah I would like to hear more on this topic as well. There is so much knowledge on this board, it is like unbelievable. Now if we can only get some straight answers. :D
 
Been using just 300mg of test every 7-10 days to maintain gains and keep libido. I don't do large doses anymore. I've been maintaining the same with a high protein diet.
 
Do you find you gain the same as you would with a larger dose?
Is your diet the same year round except macros a little higher when "on" vs "off"? Or just consistent all the time?
 
My first cycle ever was British Dragon's Andropen 275. And that was my smallest cycle ever ran. I bought 2-10ml vials thru a buddy of mine who was using gear for about a year at that point and he was huge ;)(so I thought at the time). I shot 1cc once a week (on the same day and time:rolleyes:) for 18 weeks per his directions. I never found out what happened to those damn other 2ccs that were missing:eek:. The gear was 100% legit and later I found my own source when I realized that he jacked the prices up about 50%-75% to cover his own stash. My diet didn't change a whole lot, besides the amount I was taking in. I had no clue about bb diets, macro intake, or calorie and protein intake amounts while trying to bulk. Basically I had no clue what clean foods were or even what I was doing. But I knew I was hungry. I weighed 179lbs at the start and once I was finished was weighing 207lbs. That was the first time I broke the 200lb. line and was excited as can be. My diet was really poor, but not outrageously bad. I ate plenty of chicken, fish, and red meats, lots of protein shakes (crappy brand & quality, but didn't know any better), and was told beyond that, that while on the juice you could eat a little sloppier as your body would use it and burn that off anyways. So fast food was a staple:D. Ahh, the memories:rolleyes:. But I was hooked, as the compliments poured in on how big I was getting and I enjoyed the stress relieving qualities that the gym gave me. Needless to say my bf% climbed as well. But lessons learned. Years later, I sit at a lot less BF percentage and still weigh over the 200 mark. And I am still learning, but have a healthy understanding of what I am doing now and personal experiences to guide me. And I have reasonable goals inside and outside the gym. Lately, since being a member at PM, I have also only increased my knowledge thanks to the quality members here that offer advice and experiences.

Luckily enough, my first nutrition class was with a registered dietician and her husband bodybuilds, whatta ya know. So I learned a lot that semester and then started the next semester with testosterone at 500mg for 12 weeks and here I am today, looking so much healthier and much bigger.

I wish some of the "expierenced" gurus would shed a little light..
I know you can maintain size on next to none. But can you get to that size without the excessive dosing. I know this a question with too many variables, as in diet, genetics, sleep, additional supplements etc. But I just want a general answer.
 
I've never exceeded 500mg/wk Test, but I'm not exactly a monster. 208lbs at 10% 5"11.

Recently completed Test Prop 100mg/EOD (350mg/wk) and 20mg/ED Dbol. Gains were great with minimal sides.

Large doses give me far more sides, from acne to cholesterol problems.
 
I also get sides on high doses, but I get great results off low doses. I can't seem to understand how people run tren at anything over 50mg. I ran it at 25 every day and the results were nothing short of amazing. Along with 200 mg of sandoz test cyp per week and the results were great.
 
Running 200mgs of Cyp split in 2 shots every 8 days. 250 iu's of HCG the day before my test shot.

Was prescribed 120mgs per week for TRT but going a little above.

My caloric intake is generally anywhere between 2500-3000 during the week with carbs mostly made up of half cups of rice, veggies, and an occasional baked potato.

Currently 6'1, 210lbs would say I am in the 10-12% bf range.

I don't pack on size, but do very well at maintaining and making gains.

If you have never used steroids before, it is my opinion that your first few cycles you dont need much at all. I did my first at about the age of 28 and I had been lifting seriously for about 12 years. I took just 250 mg/wk test cyp for 10 weeks. My diet did not change at all as far as what kinds of foods and I just ate a little bit more than usual as I followed how hungry I was.My diet was nothing special just:chicken, steak, rice, potato, oatmeal etc. I didnt count calories or macros. I just ate. It was easy.

I went from about 220 lbs to 240 in those 10 weeks. Now I lost about 10 lbs of that once I got off, but I kept a good 10 lbs. MOst of that 10 lbs I lost was probably water.

If youre new to this, dont fall into the trap now of more is better. Once you start playing this game you will find yourself increasing doses plenty in the future as you strive to grow even larger. Starting out higher now is just going to make it tougher on you later on if you stay with this. One must also keep the health issues of cycling steroids in mind too. Im sure you know that the side effects get worse the more you take.

After reading Maldorfs last thread. I greatly value his opinion, and have a great amount of respect for him. Appreciate the input and nice pie chart e6er!:D

Diet is consistent, could be better. I seem to be maintaining the same on lower doses. My hemoglobin was high and I get that redness of the face so I backed the dose down. Protein and aminos and I am just as strong and same mass. No need to go with larger doses especially when your my age at mid forties.
 
Other than HRT right now I'm on 250mg test, 300mg Deca weekly w/2.5IU GH 5 days a week...progress is still good.

That's all you need is test and deca. gh is ok if you can afford it. Less is better.
