If you have never used steroids before, it is my opinion that your first few cycles you dont need much at all. I did my first at about the age of 28 and I had been lifting seriously for about 12 years. I took just 250 mg/wk test cyp for 10 weeks. My diet did not change at all as far as what kinds of foods and I just ate a little bit more than usual as I followed how hungry I was.My diet was nothing special just:chicken, steak, rice, potato, oatmeal etc. I didnt count calories or macros. I just ate. It was easy.
I went from about 220 lbs to 240 in those 10 weeks. Now I lost about 10 lbs of that once I got off, but I kept a good 10 lbs. MOst of that 10 lbs I lost was probably water.
If youre new to this, dont fall into the trap now of more is better. Once you start playing this game you will find yourself increasing doses plenty in the future as you strive to grow even larger. Starting out higher now is just going to make it tougher on you later on if you stay with this. One must also keep the health issues of cycling steroids in mind too. Im sure you know that the side effects get worse the more you take.
