i know this is going to vary alot but i think it can give alot of good ideas for staying on track with nutrition being as busy as many members are.
usually i wake up around 10 maybe 11 am, im not lazy or anything but i probably walked in the door from work at 4-5am.
so i get up and its about a dozen eggs with coffee and oatmeal and some fruit.
about an hour later either tuna, chicken, or beef, with veggies and rice.
shower, then WPI in grape juice with creatine and glutamine.
then go to the gym.
then same shake as pre workout. and drive to work.....ok heres where thinkgs get complicated. it breaks of in 2 directions here depending on one of 2 senerios. A) were busy. B)were not busy. if its b then its pretty straight forward average type of diet with meals every hour to 2 hours. but if its A it get tricky.
if i walk into work at 2 or 3 pm and its chaos, odds are its going to stay like that until around 8 pm......solid food is now out of the question until 8. well not all solid food. we have chili on the soup thing that is made with filet and NY strip. actually really a pretty healthy recipe but it leaves me with only rolls as an potion for carbs. so at that point if i have to run like a mad man ill try to get some chili in here and there and sip LBA's until i can eat. then at 8 pm since im so freaked out about not eating until then i start to pound down the food. eating roughly 5 full meals between 8pm and 1 am. from then until i go to bed between 3 and 4 am just some LBA's. its not the best plan but its the best i can do at work....what about you guys?
oh good news is the to busy to eat thing usually on happens on sat and sunday, so the other 5 days everything is pretty normal.
