linkin park is always good and saliva or godsmack ...... I pick music that has songs that have alot to do with what I have went through to get where I am today...... It helps me motivate myself and thank god I'm not that person I use to be and not in that place againSong or genre...
I pretty much start every workout I do with Linkin Park - Breaking the Habit
And strangly enough... I've found I prefer harder music when I'm doing cardio as supposed to lifting... I love some good country when hitting the weights.
I like to listen to a lot of Christian Rock:
Skillet- Hero, Awake and Alive, Monster, Whispers in the Dark
Pillar- For the Love of the Game, Frontline, Throwdown, Whatever it Takes
Disciple- Rise Up
Red- Breath into Me
There is a lesson in all of these songs
Metal, Alternative, etc.
1. Devildriver
2. Parkway Drive
3. White Chapel
To name a few...
I would have to disagree on the White Chapel. They are from the midwest though so that's cool.
Anyone ever heard of Opeth? They are my fav.
