Whats Your Favorite Workout Song?

the last couple of weeks i been on a Drowning Pool kick.anything off of the Sinner cd

I will always love you - Whitney Houston !! :D:D:D:D:D

Best Cardio Songs
Underneath -- DJ Antoine
I Wish -- Skee Lo
The Fear (Stonebridge remix) -- Lily Allen

Lifting Songs

Hayling -- FC Kahuna (When I need calm and concentration for the task)
Serenity -- God Smack
Times Like These -- Foo Fighters

Anything with an upbeat tempo, metal, rap, rock ect. My favorite workout song would be Bullet with a Name by Non-point, anything by Mudvayne seems to get me motivated too.

It's really kind of funny, some music I like when working out I'd never listen to day to day. For example I only listen to 2pac or Eminem when working out, any other time I'd never listen to them.

#1. "Rollin Remix" By DMX
or
#2. "starched and clean" By lil flip
or
#3. "Get buck in here" Dj Feli
or
#4. "All i ever wanted" Basshunter

Those are pretty upbeat hard hitting songs. Gets me pretty fueled at the gym. But i mainly listen to rap

Ill tel you what guys. I HATE it when i forget my ipod. I walk into the gym and first thing i know like alicia keys is playing and im like wtf. So there i am trying to do some warm up sets for Back and Bi day then i swear as SOON as i jump to my work set.... BAM its like Frank Sinatra and im like dammit i cant get pumped up.

Now you shouldn't be totally reliant on music to get you pumped. Its really a more mental thing. But music does fuel you mentally so i do believe that it does play a bit of a roll in ones mood. I personally can get myself fired up without listening to music but then again if the right songs playin im finding the nearest racoon in a trash can and fist pumping with it!
BIGCHEF - i know exactly what you mean man. haha

Cardio or Training...

Tiesto- Adagio For Strings
Tiesto- Lethal Industry
Tiesto- As The Rush Comes
Tiesto- He's a Pirate
Crystal Method- Calling All Freaks

Lots of Infected Mushroom and Tiesto on my iTunes. I prefer to listen to RxMuscle or MD's radio shows when I'm doing cardio because I walk for cardio. AS THE RUSH COMES is one of my favorite motivation songs ever.

If I went to a concert like this, I think I'd lose my mind in a good way.
ABOUT 1:30 in is where the song starts. It hits some major highs in there around 3:30.
YouTube - Dj Tiesto - Adagio for Strings

Killswitch Engage - As Daylight Dies, the whole album

dmx school street

I see a lot of hip hop on here. I do listen to plenty of rap but in the gym I can't stand it. I'm all metal in the gym, and out of the gym for the most part. Anything by Hatebreed is great training music - especially their Supremacy CD. DevilDriver, Lamb of God, Decapitated, Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, are all standard on my playlist. I like death metal.

BUT to address the original topic - I've listened to "Fucking Hostile" by Pantera every single session for years; can't say that about any other song.

Myself - BarbQ
Remember Me - The Ballroom
I Feel Speed [Club Mix] - Dubfire
My MTV [The Dolphins Remix] - Le Noir
Can You Relate - Samuel L. Session, Samuel L. Sessions
Amazzonia- Giorgiordano
There is more :)

Tiesto is great for Cardio!!

Paul Van Dyk is also pretty good, Oakenfold really doesn't do it for me at the gym (although I like his music), a few hits by Junkie XL like "I got a xerox to copy" & his cover of "Cities in Dust"
