I have noticied a lot of comments during various discussions about people for example once they achvied a certain weight say from 220 to 240 over a period of time they realize they are not happy because they are out of breath all the time, nose bleeds, just overall feel crappy even though they are stronger and bigger. They thought thats what they wanted but found out that weight was not right for them. I know this has happen to me. Has this happen to any of you guys ?

Well, that would be the $64,000 dollar question!(It's from an old American TV game show). A person may have a goal with a certain body weight in mind, but that goal should never be more important than the persons health and well being. One doesn't want to become a hypochondriac anytime an ache, pain, cough, etc. comes along but for the sport of bodybuilding or anybody who has made the decision to use AAS this is why regular blood work and a realistic assessment of how they are really feeling is very important. Rationalizing a potentially serious symptom is one area where it seems like people might be taking the biggest risk. In Chris250's post he mentioned how he had ignored(and probably rationalized) chest pains he had been having.
