Yeah you need to have some type of standard of quality you are looking for or you are going to end up buying 100 lbs of straight whey concentrate. And you will blow out your ass before you finish it....

I'm still pissed about that. I know that you get what you pay for, but no one stoops as low as American Whey. I mean sometimes you gotta buy the cheap stuff and get a lower quality, but American Whey had almost no f'ing protein in it at all.
