Which protein do you guys prefer on a daily basis? whey isolate or concentrate? and why? Also do you get any digestive issues from either of them? Did you get bloating or diarrhea?
I have used both proteins like most bodybuilders, but I found isolate to be easier on my stomach; even at higher doses like 100-200grams per day. I did use a lot of concentrate back in the day but always had bloating. Very difficult to digest for me.
