Which protein do you guys prefer on a daily basis? whey isolate or concentrate? and why? Also do you get any digestive issues from either of them? Did you get bloating or diarrhea?

I have used both proteins like most bodybuilders, but I found isolate to be easier on my stomach; even at higher doses like 100-200grams per day. I did use a lot of concentrate back in the day but always had bloating. Very difficult to digest for me.

We just published a new article about whey protein isolate vs concentrate on evo, let us know your feedback:

When I've used concentrate it has chased all living creatures out of my house.

I use isolate but to be honest prefer casein. Mainly the texture and it keeps me feeling more full....hunger wise not muscle wise.

I haven't notices a quantifiable difference between whey and casein.

I prefer whey and casein, no digestive issues. Concentrate has always been really iffy for me.

I've gotten some bad digestion from concentrate, I can understand you.
I am the same way. I am really sensitive to lactose. Even a isolate/concentrate blend like ON gold standard 100% whey upsets my stomach.

I stick with a pure whey isolate.

It's so important to read the ingredients because a lot of labels say 'whey protein isolate' but if you read the ingredients, the second ingredient listed is whey protein concentrate.

the people who continue to drink shakes (especially concentrate) even though it messes up their stomachs are the same assholes who stink up the gym bathroom. you would have thought they would have figured it out by now, but i guess to them its normal behavior to nuke the entire section of the bathroom

I used to use a protein from Costco called LeanFit before I found N2BM. I literally got the shits from this product. Needless to say I threw it out and never used a whey concentrate again. It is funny to because I have never been sensitive to dairy/lactose before but the whey concentrate just kills me. My favourite is Columbian Espresso.

iso after training

concentrate at ANY other time,if you have issues of any kind you aint doing something right- nutrition/sup wise ... if you want to use the concentrate you must taske the additional ancillaries and in the end the extra fractions/benefits will cost a bit more than the iso which is already 2X the price and I nowadays do not like such thin shake after wo
